Frequently asked questions
How long is the card valid?
One year from the date of purchase.
What can it be used for?
Everything at the café: the six workshops on the Art Menu, drinks, afternoon snacks and aperitifs.
Can it be used over several visits?
Yes. The balance goes down with each visit until it runs out, for up to a year. If the bill is higher than the balance, the difference is paid on the spot.
How is the card sent?
By email, right after purchase. You can print it, slip it into a card or forward it straight to the recipient.
Do they need to book?
We recommend it, especially at weekends. They book a session on our website like anyone else, then show the card at the counter. Walk-ins are welcome too, depending on availability.
Do you need to know how to draw?
No experience needed. All materials are provided and every workshop is designed so anyone can get started.
